The SV8100 is a unique communication solution for up to 512 extensions. With IP DECT access to the main system features such as corporate directories means are more, reachable and quickly. The SV8100 inherently comes with the ability to integrate your mobile with the telephone system, you can access features such as caller ID, call transfer and voicemail as well as using the office number when you make business calls. 
 
The addition MyCalls gives the all the information you need to manage call activity and performance. Real-time information in easy to view fomats enables managers to quickly evaluate and respond to changes to ensure high levels of customer service. 
 
THE SV8100 advanced unified communications application UCB (UC for Business) helps unify an entire organisation, enabling individuals, departments and locations to work more efficiently by ensuring seamless internal and external communications. The UCB Desktop presence application means users can quickly access when and where fellow collegues are available, further information can be extracted through just hovering the cursor over the collegues presence button including including Instant Messaging, calendar appointments and return time.
